Wellbeing & Sound Healing Workshops
These workshops and group programs are designed to promote relaxation, balance and overall wellbeing through sound-based practices, mindfulness, meditation, and creative exercises. Sessions provide a supportive environment where participants can slow down, reconnect with their mind, body & soul and restore experience deep relaxation.

​​​​REST & RESTORE – Mindfulness, Yoga Nidra & Sound Therapy
I co-facilitate the REST & RESTORE: Mindfulness + Sound Healing for the Nervous System workshop with Sam Voolstra. The sessions combines Yoga Nidra and sound therapy to support nervous system regulation, deepen relaxation and cultivate inner calm. Participants experience a safe, restorative space to recharge, enhance self-awareness and foster a renewed sense of balance.

​​Staff Wellbeing Programs
I partner with not-for-profit and corporate organizations to deliver staff wellbeing programs designed to promote relaxation, creativitity, team connection and positive workplace culture. For example, at a local pre-school, I recently facilitated a one-hour drumming session for the staff to celebrate team cohesion, promote fun and enjoyment and strengthening the supportive workplace culture. This was followed by a Rest & Restore session to support relaxation, mindfulness and overall wellbeing.
Group Sessions
I collaborate with local businesses to offer wellbeing group sessions for their members or clients, including gym participants or community centre groups. Sessions may include sound-based relaxation, meditation, creative exercises, or guided mindfulness experiences, designed to encourage calm, present-moment awareness and restorative relaxation.
