Personal Growth & Therapy Workshops
Welcome to my workshops and group programs, designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, and overall wellbeing through a combination of evidence-based therapies, creative practices, relaxation and mindfulness-based techniques.
Through mindfulness, relaxation, and art therapy, these workshops support participants to regulate stress, nurture emotional wellbeing and cultivate personal growth within a therapeutic framework.

I collaborate with not-for-profit and corporate organizations to deliver staff wellbeing programs encouraging self-care, personal growth, creative expression, team cohesion, and promoting a supportive workplace culture.

I partner with local businesses to offer wellbeing group sessions for their members/clients, such as those at gyms or community centres.
