Sound Healing
Sound healing is a relaxation-based practice that uses sound, vibration and meditative listening to support calm, mindfulness and overall wellbeing. These sessions provide a peaceful environment where individuals can slow down, reconnect with their body and experience deep relaxation.
I am a certified Sound Healing Practitioner and work with a range of instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, gongs, rattles, shakers and chimes. These instruments produce tones and vibrations that may encourage relaxation, support nervous system regulation and promote present-moment awareness.
Sound healing sessions can be offered as a standalone wellbeing service, separate from psychological therapy.
