As a Psychologist with over 20 years of experience and a Sound Healing Practitioner, I am passionate about supporting people on their journey of self-discovery, emotional insight, personal growth, and inner wellbeing.


My approach is informed by professional training in psychology, personal practice and complementary techniques, drawing on mindfulness, relaxation, meditation, creativity, positive psychology and sound-based practices.

With over two decades of meditation practice and participation in numerous wellbeing retreats and creative programs, I bring together evidence-based psychology and experiential learning to support health, wellbeing, and personal growth.
