Nyesha has over 14 years experience facilitating numerous group programs including:

  • Creative Art Therapy

  • Relaxation Techniques

  • Mindfulness

  • Self-Care

  • Anger management

  • Anxiety management

  • Drug and Alcohol

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Her most recent programs include facilitating:

  • Introduction to Relaxation (5 weeks and Half-day).

  • Introduction to Mindfulness (Half-day).

  • Self-Reflection: A Gift Just For You creative art program (7 weeks).

  • Scrapbooking for Health & Wellbeing programs for women (10 weeks).

  • Scraptherapy Facilitator Training workshops for staff from Health, Welfare and Community organisations across Central and Northern Victoria.

 

Nyesha also works with organizations to facilitate Wellbeing programs for staff health
and wellbeing (e.g., Wollongbar Community Pre-School).
